Unremarkable.

Normal is such a relative term, especially in the world of medicine.  A normal lab result for one patient, may seem out of the ordinary for another, but over time, a baseline for that patient can be established– a data point not “normal,” but perfectly fine for that individual. So medical professionals began using a different term. Rather than saying that a patient’s results are “normal,” the often use the term “unremarkable.”

A minister and his family live a life that is inside a fishbowl.  Everyone has expectations as to how you are to live your life, and it often appears that there are enemies who are waiting and perhaps even hoping for you to falter.  In such a climate, ministers often feel isolated and alone, because to admit your struggles or to seek help may cost you respect, your job, or even your career.

This is too often the minister’s dilemma.

Unremarkable Ministries exists to connect ministers to safe places where they can be vulnerable, share, and receive the help that they need.  Places where they can struggle to rediscover who they are, recenter their lives in the Gospel of Christ, and learn that the pressures they often feel come from within themselves.

Recognizing that all truth is God’s truth, Unremarkable Ministries makes the most of already existing resources, both sacred and secular, to connect struggling ministers with the help they need to finally bring their struggles into the light where they can receive healing and the grace that their heavenly father wants to bestow upon them.

Should you or someone you know, believe that you could benefit from these services, please fill out this intake form.  The answers to these questions will be used to connect ministers to existing resources that best meet their needs. Once this form is completed, someone from Unremarkable Ministries will reach out to you to begin your process!
